The privilege for former government post(officer) [Korean Mafia]

The sinking of Sewol has been devastating Korean society since it had taken place.

Korean people have observed quite a few disasters, even in recent 10 years, and they, in a sense, are accustomed to. However, the Sewol case has produced a shock for them.

There are various points that we should consider why this tragedy took place.  

The privilege for former government officers is the most serious candidate of cause.

For somehow, people provide favorable jobs for former government officers. In consideration of this custom, present officers do not exercise their restrictions properly on the profit-organizations.

And this bad practice has allowed the system to ignore costly safety-guarantee.

We also suspect insensitivity to working morals is the main cause.

Anyway, we should review the system and redo them as soon as confirmed.
